    This sounds like the template files, or the logo’s URL, have been edited.

    Just to be sure, are you able to reproduce this consistently, when testing with different (mobile, laptop, desktop) devices, or otherwise?

    Also, did this happen recently? Because, if so, that could be related with code changes (or plugin activation/deactivation) that took place at the same time. Restoring from a backup would clarify that.

    Thanks for sharing with us the requested information above.

    I downloaded it, uploaded to my Media Library, copied the image URL, and pasted it under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email template > Header image:

    Then, placed an order in my site, checked my mail logging plugin and can verify that the header image is showing as expected:

    Can you please try to install and download the WP Mail Logging plugin, create another test order once again and see the email logs to verify if the header image is visible there?

    Hey @eternalfitness,

    Does the same image work on the other clients, if so, chances are that the cause of this problem is not WooCommerce; but, the AppleMail configuration.
    ?
    AppleMail has a feature of turning off loading remote images, can you make sure it is not enabled at your end? You should be able to find it in the?‘Preferences > Privacy’ section?of your mail client.

    You might need to send another test order email after making this change. Also, here is a helpful doc on this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/25448048

    I am having the exact same issue. I know you may start a new thread but there are so many I have went through with no solution. The problem is localized to I am pretty sure Bluehost, Apple Mail on iOS and Mac since iOS 15. They introduced the mail protection. Yes I have toggled the settings on and off on many devices. The problem does not show on Outlook or any other mail program or on webmail. The images passed in to the html email are all https. Bluehost will NOT acknowledge the problem and neither will Apple. I have 4 different stores I manage all hosted with bluehost and the issue happens with every single one of them. I now have another I manage on SeekaHost and I have yet to see this problem arise. I am assuming most of the issue is with bluehost but really don’t know what to ask of them to check on. I’m hoping maybe this extra info can help someone with WordPress hone in on the issue. All sites are updated to latest WordPress and latest woocommerce. I have also tried no plugins, basic template. All show the same problem.

    I understand your frustration with the issue you’re experiencing across your stores, especially with the images not displaying correctly on Apple Mail since the iOS 15 update.

    However, I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread. Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.
