Logo not showing on my iPhone

  • Hello,

    Not sure but my logo is not displaying on my iPhone. I only see a white square with a grey outline.

    Note: I installed a child-theme yesterday (generatepress_child.zip). Not sure if this might be the cause. Anyway, my logo displays well on PC.

    re-upload a newly named logo, and in Customizer > Site Identity change the logo to this new file.

    Hi,

    I just did it twice. I see the change on the PC but still the same on my iPhone: No logo appears there.

    What is happening?

    It seems you have a retina logo uploaded at customizer > site identity, and the logo file URL isn’t correct.

    Can you try remove it or upload a newly named file then assign it to retina logo again?

    The logo for Retina was empty. Nothing was there.

    I upload the very same logo (512x512px) for my site identity logo AND for Retina as well.
    The issue seems to be fixed. The logo now shows on my iphone.

    I can see that the retina logo URL has been updated to a correct URL.

    If the retina logo was empty before, I’m not sure why it was showing in the HTML, maybe some cache issue.

    Glad it’s working now.
