Thanks for reaching out. Can you give me more details on your website’s setup to help me understand the issue?

Which version of the Jetpack CRM are you using? If you have an older version installed, please update it to the latest one.

When editing or previewing the invoice, do you see any JavaScript errors in the Browser’s console? If yes, please share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing?

You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

If you have HTTPS enabled on your site, please make sure both the WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL) are set with HTTPS links on the WordPress Admin > Settings page, and try generating the invoice again.

Thanks for the troubleshooting attempts and for the follow-up. I checked the Server Config screenshot, and I don’t seem to see anything wrong. Because it contains sensitive data in there, could you please remove it? It’s mainly for security matters ??

With that said, can you tell me more about the logo image erroring when generating the invoice as PDF? As far as I understood, it seems like you tried that with many images, and they all worked, but the logo image, is that correct?

Let me know if I misunderstood this, and all the images can’t be displayed in PDFs. If that’s so, can you try using a different computer, if you can, to see if the problem also persists over there?

I tried to replicate the problem on my end but all is working fine.

I’ve tried to show the logo with different images to be sure it was not the problem with 1 image. But changing the images did not solve the issue.

It is for me not possible to test it on a other computer.

Where did you upload the logo? here? /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-plugin-settings&tab=bizinfo (Your Business Info – Jetpack CRM setting)

Important: The logo should be uploaded to the WP site using the Upload Image button in that Jetpack CRM section (Your Business Info). An external link with the logo is not valid for generating a PDF invoice, the PDF engine needs the image stored on the same server.

I’ve tested with a new uploaded logo from: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-plugin-settings&tab=bizinfo. But no succes. The other logo’s were already in my library.

What a puzzling issue! Would it be possible for you to post the image you’re trying to use, so we can download it and test on our end?

Does the PDF invoice show any error, or just a blank spot where the logo should be?

Has this ever worked for you, or are you a new user trying it for the first time?

Would you link to a copy of your WooCommerce->Status report, or Tools->Site Health, Info (if you’re not using Woo), so we can get more context on your site and server (these will show things like other plugins, theme, template overrides which could be causing some issue).

I’ve tested with one the logos and found no issues with the image:

On your local staging site, could you try to disable all other plugins except for Jetpack CRM to check if it’s a third party plugin issue?

Do you also have any online websites to try this on to check if this issue is specific to your local installation? I suspect that the issue might be with using the localhost URL, and Jetpack CRM might be unable to resolve the localhost address to embed the image.

I’ve tested it with only Woocommerce and the CRM and it worked! Then I switched on the plugins. When I activated iThemes security CRM was broken!

It seems that iThemes or a setting in iThemes is the problem but I don’t know which one.

I almost let this go as one of those unfortunate plugin conflicts, but then I decided to test it myself so I could report/note it for future reference.

So I installed the free iThemes security plugin, created a new invoice, added a logo, and downloaded the PDF:

Now, I didn’t make any changes to the iThemes settings, so maybe that’s the difference.

Would you be willing to delete your existing iThemes plugin (to get rid of current settings) then reinstall it to see if it now works for you with iThemes on?

Also, to clarify a bit what I mean by ‘didn’t change any settings’, I just went through the ithemes setup without changing anything/accepting all defaults.

I’ve done the same after installing, next next finish etc. All default. After that the invoice was generated with a logo. So the problem is in a setting of iThemes.
