Logo not uploading

  • Hey, I am trying to upload an image as the logo for the top of the mobile site, but every time I try to upload the logo and save changes it just endlessly gives me a loading circle and the logo never uploads. It even says the file name next to the “choose” button but the logo itself never goes up. Any idea on what the problem could be?

    Thanks for trying out WPSmart Mobile!

    Make sure that the /wp-content/uploads directory exists and is writable. Also, what is the domain of the WordPress that you have enabled the plugin on?

    The domain name of the enabled wordpress is https://www.rescuecom.com/blog. I am going to check for the /wp-content/uploads directory.

    Also, what browser and version are you currently using?

    I use Google Chrome 30.0.1

    Me to the same problem. The logo upload but dont display in the preview and the smartphone.

    What is the URL of the site where you have WPSmart Mobile enabled? If you can let us know we’ll take a look to see if we can decipher the issue you’re having.
