Logo not uploading

I see you’ve now switched to another theme.

I did sorry, I didn’t know how long it would take for someone to read this post. I can change it back if you can look at it?

I changed it back to Customizer and tried uploading the logo again to no avail. If you can look at it I’d really appreciate ith.

Hmm. This is one of those rare intractable problems that happens to some people and never to others. It happened to me once and somehow cleared itself. Could you try:
– In Appearance > Customize, select “remove” on the logo and the favicon (if “remove” is visible);
– Exit Appearance > Customize;
– In media library, delete all copies of the logo and the favicon (making sure that you keep a copy on your own computer);
– Re-upload both.

No guarantees that it will work, though ??

Unfortunately “Remove” isn’t visible because nothing is uploading. I did go in and delete all logo/favicon that were there and tried to upload a new one in the customize but still nothing happens. I really like how my media grid looks in this template better but with no logo it’s not going to do me any good. Thanks for trying.
