As for the placement of a logo. I tried the Pro online version but couldnt see where this Logo placement could be achieved, Could you please show me maybe in a screenshot. If all good then I will purchase straight away.
As for the Item number 2, I think it would be a great addition. I will tell you the reasoning. I gather in most common instances the forms are used for things like new memberships, sales purchasing and so on. In my case I really want my forms for things like NCR (Non conformity Reports) MoM (Minutes of Meetings as an example. These types of forms would need to be printed pretty much straight away to get signatures for proof of work, So it is important that the printed versions pretty much only contain the form data filled in on the front end side.
Hope you understand my meaning.

Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you. Logo placement is under the Email Design tab of the demo online, you can place a “header image” in the email about half way down the design page, hope this helps.

As they say better late than never :), I did actually finally worked that out.
I have noticed there are a couple of way to get help from you guys and didnt want to repeat things so which way is the best to get answers to questions and help. either here or through direct support from your website?
Hope some thought in the idea of a printable filled out form is a large consideration? or maybe even with the email design side of things the possibility that instead of it be plain contents emailed it take shape of the form itself from the design. then can be printed from that. I think there are many ways just a matter of picking the easiest I suppose for you guys to implement.

If you have purchased our pro version, all support and suggestions should be run through our website support area. This area we support our free users as best we can.

Regarding printing, our form is print friendly from email once it is filled out. you can copy your customer on their entry and they can print it too.
