I’m not sure what you’re asking. Are you wanting to add animation to your logo? Or are you wanting your logo left aligned in the header?

You can select a header style with the logo on the left from Theme Options > Header Settings. You can choose the first layout, then in Appearance > Menus set your menu to secondary navigation, rather than primary navigation. Does that work for you?

Try this. use the first header option, then go to Appearance> menus, and assign your navigation to Secondary, rather than Main. This should push the logo to the left and keep the menu below
