Logo size (again!) and menu setup

I need to make my logo larger. Much larger. And I want all of my navigation to appear on one line, instead of two. Perhaps even have the logo display above the navigation links? I’m thinking 300×150 for the logo would be pretty good.

Last time I created a website was back when Geocities was a thing, and I was in middle school, haha. So, needless to say, I am a bit out of the loop…
