Logo size and link color change randomly

For unknown reasons, the top menu bar logo changes size and at the same time, links color changes to blue. This happens at least once per day when logged in as admin and checking product pages on our website (not in WordPress dashboard). Everything turns back to normal when going to WordPress -> Theme customizer and pressing blue “save & publish” button. WordPress, theme and plugins are updated to the latest versions.
