Logo Size Issue

    I have uploaded a logo on the following website. However, it looks too big. The Could anyone please let me know how to fix the logo sizing issue. I want to reduce the height to around 150. I uploaded an image of size 181X184. But it still looks too big. Any clue on how to resolve this issue please/
