Logo size issues with Greatmag Theme

at the moment it is using a cropped version of the image:

your original image I believe is:
https://www.amandawaringcelebrant.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/awc648-86.png
I tried this in inspector and all looked good including responsiveness.

whilst using the cropped version it will pixelate

the style.css shows

.custom-logo-link img {
    max-height: 90px;
    width: auto;
}

I have not touched the CSS so it looks more an image cropping issue.

When uploading the original image as a logo, does it give you the option to SKIP CROPPING? If so, please select. This is where the problem may be.

If I’ve misunderstood, do let me know.

thanks for replying – is isn’t giving me the option to skip cropping – do you know if there a work around for this?

it looks like you’re using the greatmag theme so you may want to go in the functions.php file and change to the following height and width:

//Logo support
	add_theme_support( 'custom-logo', array(
		'height'      => 90,
		'width'       => 650,
		'flex-height' => true,
	) );

Then try again and this time it should crop to those selected sizes.

If still no good, it may be better to post on the theme specific support area as the developers tend to look at that:

don’t forget that the code already exists in the functions.php file, it’s just the numbers you need to change for height and width
