Logo url problem after SSL installation

My website was working fine till yesterday.
I decided to install SSL certificate.
Everything went smoothly.
everything was up and running fine except my logo.
Its not getting displayed.
i removed my logo , re-uploaded it, tried renaming, reuploading but its not working.
i checked in inspect element. my logo url is shown as

<a href="https://www.litele.co/https://www.litele.co/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/New-Litele-offical-logo.png">

but it should be shown like this to work correctly,

<a href="https://www.litele.co/https://www.litele.co/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/New-Litele-offical-logo.png">

There should be http instead of https , in between url to work fine.

i tried a pretty unconventional way to change url via php changing url in database but couldn’t find it.
