    hey,

There may be various reasons for this – a conflict between Flexible Invoices and another plugin or theme or incorrect logo file format.

These are the first I would like to check.

    1) In what format (img, png, svg, etc.) is the logo you want to upload? Is it already in the media library?

    2) Are there any messages, errors in the browser console when uploading a file?

I would use a png, that is not the issue. When I go to hit set image the screen just resets and never gives me the option to upload or use and existing image?

I went ahead and changed the theme and deactivated all plugins and the logo upload still does not work?

    Hello @hylandgraphics

Please enable debug log in WP Desk Settings. Then make a test reproducing this issue, and send a link with the error log to us.

Please also send a screen of the error logs from the browser console.

In case of further questions, please contact me.

    Best Regards,

How do I do that? I am not a developer I am just the plugin user. Can you tell me how to do that please?

Hi, I am having this exact same problem. I try to add a logo and the page simply refreshes.

    Hi @hylandgraphics

Take a look at this screen.

Then you need to go to WP Desk > Settings and enable the WP Desk Debug Log checkbox. Then try to reproduce the problem again and when the problem occurs, please provide a link to the debug.log.

To reproduce the problem, try adding the logo to the plugin settings Invoices > Settings > General and set image to logo option.

Also, can you check that the browser console is not showing errors?

    Hello @hylandgraphics, @freyaastrella

Thanks for providing the link to the debug.log. Unfortunately I cannot read it. The message 403 Forbidden appears. You can still try to read the file by accessing it via FTP.

Do you have FTP access? The link is also the path where you can find the file on the server. If you would upload the file in a reply message, I would appreciate it.

Alternatively, you could still take a look at the errors that are listed in the shop in WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Please go there and check for errors relating to our plugin.

    @freyaastrella

Please enable debug log in WP Desk Settings. Then make a test reproducing this issue, and send a link with the error log to us.

Please also send a screen of the error logs from the browser console. I hope that maybe in the case of your shop, there will be no problem reading the debug.log.

    Best regards

Hi, I cannot see WP Desk Settings in my menu bar so unable to do that. I don’t see how I can attach a screenshot, so here is a copy and paste of the browser console error message:

DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://www.plasa.org/wp-content/plugins/uk-cookie-consent/dist/termly.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

(You’re dealing with a very basic web user here by the way!)
    Thanks

    Hi @freyaastrella

Thank you for the information. It’s probably a plugin conflict. Please disable the Cookies plugin and check if you can add the logo to the plugin.

If you can’t get to debug.log try checking for errors in the WooCommerce logs. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and try to find error messages related to our plugin. If you find something, please insert the content in the feedback message.

    Best regards

Guys please read above. I have disabled all plugins and even changed themes. We are end users and this is obviously a problems effecting more than one person. I saw no error under Woo. I’ve turned on the plugin and the debug again and here is the link: https://www.springhousespirits.com/wp-content/uploads/wpdesk-logs/wpdesk_debug.log.

No errors under WooCommerce logs. ANd I’m sorry I don’t see any plugin relating to cookies.

    Hello @freyaastrella @hylandgraphics

I will need access to the store. Please do not send access in this conversation as it is not allowed. Please report problem shortly directly to our support at this address

I will try to find problem source directly on your admin panel store. Ok?

    Best regards
