Logo/header image size is off

    Hello,
    I’m trying to add a logo to my site and even though the design fits the header size the result is bad and the logo size is off.
    Same when I upload a full header 1299px X 60px it goes off and I get a huge header.
    Did anyone experience the same issue?

    Adding the logo drops down the promo bar and creates larger space between the header and the promo. I’m trying to avoid the bigger space between the two.
