Logon Failing After Multiple Password Resets

Hello: I have three sites on WordPress:

whatbeautifullight.com
path2wisdom.comEffective 12/13, WordPress has not worked. It failed to log me on to any of my sites, which all used to be accessible a single email (my email address) and password.
On 12/11, I had backend support from “Grace” who helped to get my web site going (I just purchased the domain path2wisdom.com. I’m suspecting something may have happened with my password settings by her doing that, but I don’t know.
So I have been unable to get into my admin panel now for 24 hours. I couldn’t get my site stats. I couldn’t post.
I have cleared my cache/cookies 2x. I reset my password through my email ([email protected]). Both efforts failed with your main landing page to logon on to WordPress: https://www.ads-software.com/support/
So can someone help me fix this. If i can’t get into my web site with my email and a new password, WordPress is effectively locking me out. So did someone set something blocking me? I know of no other way to get a new password and logone than the one you provide, and if that doesn’t work, what does? Thanks.
