• Hello, I have been using this plugin and the logo images and all other images do not load in emails sent to customers or admin. they load in preview but not in actual email. I see some people have had the same problem but support says it’s a lazy load issue, it’s not. I don’t have a lazy load plugin for my email. can someone assist please? Logos and images do not load in email.

    Hi,
Thanks for reaching out! What theme are you using? Is it possible that your theme is adding lazy load?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

I am using the flatsome theme, it has a lazy load for banners and sections backgrounds and even after turning that off, the images and logos still do not load in the email.

    Hello,

I have the same issue, using The Rey theme.

Please let us know if you found a fix.

    thanks,
    Olga

    Hey,
Apologies for the delay. Is is possible that either of you are using a plugin that is adding lazy load?
I’m not able to replicate this on my site, so the issue is likely third party. But we’ll figure it out! I definitely want to help get things up and running for you both.

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hello Hannah,

I don’t have a lazy load on the website, but maybe I am missing something.

Any other ideas on how to fix it?

    thank you,
    Olga

Hello, I also do not see the logo in the email header. The theme is Astra, so there is nothing to do with the themes of other participants and the problem is in the plugin / template itself. How to solve it?

    Hi,
I suggest first making sure your logo file is a websafe file name, meaning no special characters.

Next make sure the file is publicly accessible, the images will live on your website so make sure your site is not in a “coming soon” mode and that the files are accessible from a direct url while logged out of your site.

Next check with your email sender, in your case send in blue, to make sure they are handling the images properly and not redirecting them with their own image redirection.

If non of that works then test by deactivating our plugin, use the header image option inside of woocommerce core to have an image in your emails and run a test order. If the images are still not coming through then you know the issue is somewhere on your server and you can start testing by deactivating plugins one by one.

    Ben
