Logout

  • Hi guys,

    thank you so much for your great plugin. I’m almost done with launching my first course created with LearnDash and your plugin really helped to make all much easier and better in terms of user navigation.

    I currently experience an issue with the Log In/Log Out Redirects feature and I was wondering if you could help.

    The login redirect seems to work well but not the logout redirect. The logout button doesn’t seem to log me out and redirect me to the homepage as I set it up in the Uncanny Owl Toolkit Dashboard. I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. Just to let you know: none of these plugins are currently active on my site – Peter’s Login Redirect, Theme My Login and UserPro.

    So far I created a logout page (website.com/logout) and tested with/without your codes ([uo_login_ui] and [uo_login]) on that page. I also used subscriber details (and not admin) in order to run my tests.
    What am I missing?

    Did you try with caching disabled as well, particularly on the logout page? If the redirects aren’t working, I would recommend you disable this module and try with Peter’s Login Redirect instead. See if the login and logout links with it work as expected.
