Logout and Reset password Error

    Hi,
    I am quite new to website building. I have created my own e-commerce website. I am facing this issue for quite sometime and after much research I am unable to solve this.

    1. My customers can’t logout from their account as it redirects to same page.

    2. Even the reset /lost password doesn’t seem to work either. It shows that the link doesn’t exist.

    Please help.
    ( If anyone has the solution, kindly explain me in simple steps as I don’t understand much of coding. )

    I pasting here my homepage link. Check it out by creating an account and then try to log out or reset password.

    By the way I am not using any sought of plugins for either logging out or resetting password. I have also checked by deactivating other plugins.

    Hi there!

    This could be a permalink issue, please try by going to Settings → Permalinks and select “Post name” then save.

    Hi Laura S,

    I tried doing as you suggested me, but after that i found my website crashed. Don’t know why, so i changed the permalinks back as it was previously and my website started working back, but Oh well.

    I figured out the Logout option, which now logs out the user but the page it lands after logging out is the wordpress login. I want it to get it redirected to my shop homepage. Any suggestion?

    Secondly, when I click the Lost Password Option, the page redirects to a different page where it says that THIS PAGE DOESN’T SEEM TO EXIST. I was wondering if there is any kind of issue with the woocommerce Lost Password endpoint.
