    I’m using responsive theme from cyberchimps.
    I’m using wishlist member for the membership plugin.
    I don’t want my members to have a wordpress admin bar on the top of the page, so I’ve activated the “Remove Disable Admin Bar Removal” to remove it.
    The problem is, when a member logs in using a login form created through wishlist member, and they are using the site, there is no log out button anywhere to be seen.
    I don’t do php programming, besides just basic cutting and pasting code that people give me in support forums.
