    Hi,

It seems like the logout functionality does not work on my page. Whenever, I click logout in my account page, it shows “This page doesn’t seem to exist. It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?”

The error can be re-produced by using the the website url attached with the testing account

    Username: test_user

    Password: testing

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

From what I understand, you’re having a bit of trouble with the logout functionality on your page. When you try to log out from your account page, you’re getting a “This page doesn’t seem to exist” message. Let’s work together to fix this issue.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Update WooCommerce: Ensure you’re using the latest version. Updates often come with bug fixes and enhancements that could resolve the issue you’re facing.
    2. Verify your logout link: The problem could be an incorrect logout URL. Check if your logout URL is correct. The standard logout URL is ?? zahracarpet.infinityfreeapp.com/?customer-logout=true.
    3. Refresh your permalinks: Head over to your WordPress dashboard, then go to Settings > Permalinks. Simply click ‘Save Changes.’ This action can refresh your site’s permalink structure and might fix the problem.
    4. Deactivate plugins: Other plugins can sometimes interfere with WooCommerce. Try turning off all your plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue continues. If the logout works after deactivating other plugins, turn them back on one at a time to pinpoint any conflicting plugins.
    5. Switch themes: Your current theme could be causing the problem. Try changing to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If these steps don’t help, could you share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the issue. You can find it under WooCommerce > Status. Choose Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

I’m delighted to hear that refreshing the permalinks resolved the issue with the logout functionality on your page. That’s great news!

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.
