Logout not working

    Hi,

    If a member tries to logout of my website, they get redirected to the page they are supposed to be redirected to, but are not logged out.
    The logout doesn’t work via the page, but also not via the logout option in the profile section.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi @ketorecepten,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please make sure to install the latest version of the plugin.

    Check that you’ve correctly assigned logout page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

    If you have caching plugin try excluding Ultimate member pages from the cache.
    This issue can be also due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
