Logout problem (again)

    Hello,

    Does anyone has a solution for the logout problem with this plugin? I can see a lot of users have this problem, but none of proposed solutions do not work for me.
    I am getting windows failure notification “You are attempting to log out of Relive the history Do you really want to log out?”

    This is great plugin, and I hope I can achieve with it to change wordpress log in page with log in page from my site.
