    Hi @cwolff

It seems that you are using PHP 7.3, we currently have one of our agents using that version without a problem, and one of the developers replied that our plugin should work with PHP 7.3. Can you perform a quick conflict test to double check if the problem is just of NextGen Gallery?

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Apologies @gavinwm
We would really like to remain our users that our current requirements should be available in their server environment.

    PHP version 7.2 or greater
    MySQL version 5.6 or greater
    HTTPS support
    The mod_rewrite Apache module

Confirm with your hosting provider that you have set in your installed php.ini file:

    PHP Safe Mode turned OFF
    At least 250MB memory allowed
    30MB or larger upload limit
    30MB or larger post limit

    Please, keep us posted.

    Hi @cwolff

I was informed by our developers that the problem could be related to the way PHP was compiled. They said that it should be fixed on NextGen Gallery 3.1.6
