    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    The issue you described could occur when the database storing your logs might have reached its storage limit, causing the plugin to stop logging new emails. If the database is full, the plugin would be unable to save any new entries.

    Also, if there were any updates or changes to the server, or website configuration around the time the logging stopped, it might have affected the logging functionality.

    Please ensure your database hasn’t reached its storage limit and there haven’t been any recent changes to your server/website configuration.
