Long explanation/warning on Express Post Shipping option

Hi.

I have been working locally and have everything working as it should but with one issue.

The explanation for the Express Post shipping option on the front end is very long and comes across as a warning which I feel the user shouldn’t see.

Australia Post Shipping Express Post (Guaranteed Next Business Day within the Express Post network (If posted on any business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the item).)

In particular:
(If posted on any business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the item)

Can this be removed in any way?
If so how?

If not does the paid version do the same?
Is there a way to remove on paid?
