The intranet I am in charge of has some very long titles which can’t display on one line. I have edited the css for style 1 by way of the settings page to make the list items smaller and compact, but I would like to dynamically change the height of the list items to account for long titles that are currently not fully displaying.

Is there any way to do this through the css or javascript fields provided?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Could you post a screenshot with the longest name, so we can understand what’s going on? Generally, longer title should not be an issue. It will just fall into 2nd or 3rd line.

    Sorry, that didn’t work:

Thanks. There are 2 options you can try right away:
    1. Switch to the default Simple template which handles longer names much better.
    2. How many columns are you using? It seems too small in width. If you are using 3/4 columns, switching to 2 columns should help. With 2 columns – in our demo https://dev.quantumcloud.com/sld-free/style-1/ it can handle up to 2 full lines fine

Style 1 is not masonry and as such it cannot handle varying heights of list boxes. There will be gaps. The Simple style is masonry.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further help.

    Thanks
