long loading time

  • Hi Daniel,
    the index listing pages are taking about 10 seconds to load (we have about 800 posts to show). What do you suggest to make it load faster? Do you have any solutions to, for instance, lazy-load the content off screen or cache the output?

    Hi, Presently the best way to cope with this is to utilise a third-party caching plugin which saves the created page into a file and serves that most of the time.

    I’m working on speeding up the page creation time by breaking it into multiple cacheable steps, but it isn’t ready just yet :-(.

    The website is hosted by Flywheel which already takes care of caching, I’ll wait for your upgrades. Thanks a lot!
