Long time user – Now disappointed

  • I am a long-time user of AddThis. It is very convenient, and it is a feature-rich toolset (more so than anything else), but as the 3 out of 5 star average rating shows, the developers need to work out the bugs.

    It prevents me from going into the theme customizer (I use the Vantage theme). Updating it triggered an internal server error.

    Are you seeing internal server errors when you make any changes, using the theme customizer, or just specific changes? If you could share with us the changes you’re making, that would be appreciated. Also, what’s the error you’re seeing after making changes? If you could send a screenshot of the issue, I’d like to pass it along to our developers.

    Hello.

    I encountered the error when using the theme customizer. I don’t want to recreate the error, it is too difficult to fix it back. Are other people experiencing this issue? If not, it might be a plugin conflict.

    I haven’t heard of other internal server errors, so it’s likely a plugin conflict.
