Long titles in midde column squash up main text

Hi all,

I’m using the playmaker3 theme and whenever my articles are published, the titles from the middle column seem to squash up the text from the main article. I thought at first this was an issue with a thumb expanding plugin I was using, but it appears to be the length of the titles.

How can I either disable the related posts within the text or limit the title length to stop this from happening?

PS. I’m not a code expert, or even particularly code iterate, so please keep any help pretty easy.
