Longevity and Image widget and Easy Cart

  • Hi I am trying to place images and/or Easy Cart items in the widgets on longevity at https://www.nawdhorse.org and can’t get any of them to show up in any of the widgets except for the banner.

    Is there a setting to fix?

    What widgets and sidebar positions were you wanting them put into? Or is it regardless of the widget, they don’t show up when you drag them into the sidebar positions?

    Regardless of the widget, they don’t show up. I did get one of them to show up in position “Bottom 1” but it was HUGE and it was just an easy cart item which have photos that are not very large.

    This sounds odd based on what you are describing. To reiterate, no widgets show up in any sidebar position except the banner one. Then you mentioned one did show up in the Bottom 1, but it was huge.

    When you drag widgets into other sidebar positions, do they stay there or do they disappear from the widget screen in your admin?
