look problem with menu and direct access

hi, please help me, Every page that contains an element mega addons, doens’t work when you go through the menu, but it’s look great when you go from the direct url. For example: when you go to estudiosint.userena.cl–>Información Institucional–>Estudios–>Informes de progresión académica, that doesn’t look like when you type directly the url https://estudiosinst.userena.cl/informes-de-progresion-academica/
