Looking for a Calendar App – Advice?

My client wants to include an event calendar on their site, but here’s the catch – they have three locations where they hold events and they want the user to only see events from one location at a time.

Here’s the functionality I’m looking for:

recurring events
multi-day events
ability to categorize the events by location in some way
ability to filter the events returned by location

I’m not a PHP coder, so I need this to work straight out of the box.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
