Looking for a CRM plugin that has certain features

Here’s what I’m looking for:

Site has 2 types of people, Suppliers and Customers.
There is a form for both Suppliers and Customers to fill out.

Supplier Form Example

* Name
* Email
* Product Type: 1, 2, 3 (choose which they support)

Customer Form Example

* Name
* Email
* Product Type Needed: 1, 2, 3 (choose what they need)

What I’m trying to accomplish is, if a customer fills out the form and chooses PRODUCT 2 that they are interested in, I’m wanting an email sent to every supplier on the site that has said they support PRODUCT 2.

The WordPress Admin will be notified a customer filled out the form and can deny/approve it. Once approved, an email is sent to every supplier on the site that has said they support PRODUCT 2. Personal email exchanges can happen between supplier and customer from there.

Only the Supplier will be making an account on the site with basic info regarding what they support. There will be many suppliers on the website, all in the same industry, that support different parts of it.

Is there a plugin that supports this? Anything that integrates with Contact Form 7? WP CRM Plugin? The whole process can be pretty lightweight.
