Looking for a dark two column theme with no header.

I need a very specific theme layout and can’t find it in all the usual places. Below are two links to two Photobucket images that show what I need. In particular, I need the WordPress page containing the video player to open with the player positioned against the top edge of the user’s screen. (The grey bar across the top of the player is part of the player, so it’s positioned correctly in the image.) For site consistency, the homepage and posts should start there too. The image shown at the top of the sidebar should act like a regular header – clicking on it takes you to the homepage. Can anyone point me to where I could get this made?
