Countdown plugins

Here are my questions:

1.Is there a plugin that allows me to put a countdown on a page that begins to count from the moment a session begins?

2.To create a squeeze page that asks for one’s email and upon submission redirects him to a page of my choice, what plugins should I use?

3.I’m creating a news website that will combine a few cities together, and each should have its own “independent” homepage. How can I automate the process of creating a “sub” for each city without needing to go through the entire process of installation and configuration?
