Looking for a form plugin for multiple destinations

    I am looking for a form plug in that can be used for multiple destinations.

    I want to create a page for my clients, where we can collectively market all our businesses with one combined cash stream.

    The idea is that when the visitor fills in the form, then select check-boxes for the type of services they are looking for, or even a drop down list. Then it mails the relevant email address(es) for my client or clients who offer said services.

    Anybody got one to recommend?

    You can do this with any number of form plugins. Exactly how depends on the plugin in question. For example, with CF7, you can use a filter to set the outgoing email address(es). With Formidable, you’d use conditionals on the mail actions to choose the recipients.
