Looking for a free chat widget that will stay within the page.

I would like a chat widget that is not connected to any whatsapp or server but stays within the page. Something that a guest can write a name or not, and just type. All the chat stays on the page for others to chat. If possible when someone is chatting to notify the admin or others there is a chat going on. Its a new page and Im still new to this but learning very quickly. Any help will be helpful. Thank you.
