Looking for a good and flexible rotating text plug

Hi
been searching high and low looking for a rotating text plugin that will allow me to :
1. allow me to tag quotes in order to show specific tags together in various places

2. switch 1 time per day

3. show 1 at a time.

Ive found a few but none of them fit the bill. quotes collection looks the best but isnt letting me do everything I need…
