Looking for a jpg resolution solution

  • Hi all.
    So my jpgs are getting artefacts big time here https://www.ausdigitalmedia.com
    See the red play button look horrible.
    I’m exporting from photoshop in the correct resolution.I’ve tried 2 image optimising plugins now and both made no difference.Has anyone got a solution to this problem? I really want no artefacts in my jpgs.
