Looking for a link plugin

I have been searching for a plugin, not sure if one exists to do what I need.

I need something that will randomly display different links from my blogroll in the side panel. Instead of the traditional complete link list, I want different links to display randomly per page/post load. Preferably not with the requirement of using a widget.
