Looking for a more-that-basic contest plugin

    I would like to create a multiple-category contest/poll with three phases/periods – nominations, voting, and winners announced. Admin-approved nominations will become the options to be voted on in each category or sub-category. Nominations and voting will be limited to registered users and only one vote per user in each category. Is there a plugin that can accomplish all of this?
