Looking for a plugin….

    Allows users to pay invoice from one User A to User B through the site but directly to their paypal/other.

    Also the ability to take a % of this.

    Can not have a plugin that pays to us then we pay to them as means we need to get insurance > 1m$ up for the industry

    Can anyone make any recommendations?
