Looking for a plugin for image-grid navigation with drop down menus on hover

Hi WordPress community,

i’m looking for a plugin (or a combination of plugins) that could allow me to do this kind of navigation, and insert it in my homepage :

i’m open to any solution, even if the structure is a bit different, as long as i get an image-based navigation, with submenus

i don’t know how to write code for this, that’s why i’m looking for a plugin, but i can write a bit of CSS to fit the style of my website.
