Looking for a plugin (List of items where members can say if they have it)

Hello,

I’m part of a little game board association and we want to have a list of games (only title) where members could say if they have it or not.
I searched for a plugins that will be able to provide this but without success.
Do you know a plugin where I could enter a list and where members of the site could only click on a yes/no button for all items in the list ?
Goal, display a page with the list items and, for each, the list of members who click yes.
