Looking for a plugin to delete tables in the db

  • No! I don’t have access to my db.
    I want to delete some tables created by other plugins. I tried GamerZ wp-manage-db and ran the query DROP TABLE table_name but didn’t work (security is very strict on my server).

    Any ideas? Maybe I’m executing the wrong query?

  • I don’t know about that plugin, but assuming the plugin itself works, that statement is correct. The reason why you can’t delete the table is because your host doesn’t permit it. Contact them and ask that they give whatever username your’re using “drop table privileges” for your database.
