I have tried 6 lightbox-type plugins that say they can do this on my site https://www.tonyclarklive.com and they don’t.

Grrrrr.

I’m pretty sure this should do the trick. It allows you to create popups which contain your own HTML so there is no reason why you can’t throw in the code to your videos.
