Looking for a pop up window with a shaded background for main page…

    Going a little crazy here, but I’m looking for plug-in that will allow me to put a banner/announcement/video in a pop up window on my main page..

    something similar like on my photo gallery https://thrubloodshoteyes.com/travelshots/shot-submissions/ (click on a pic to know what I mean)

    Anyone able to suggest or help with a plug-in that’ll work?
