Looking for a question plugin

Hi all

I am looking for a plugin which poses a number of questions in turn to give the person answering a final answer after they’ve gone through all the questions. E.g.
are you male? y/n –> no –> are you female? y/n –> yes –> ANSWER = you are female.

Does anyone know of any suitable plugins or what this kind of plugin would be called as I don’t even know what to search by?
