Looking for a Random "Site Title" Plugin

Here’s what I’m looking for:

A plugin that replaces the visible “Site Title” words with a randomly generated set of words starting with the same fist letter. This random generation would come from an array of possible choices that I set up.

For example, say my “Site Title” is:

Fun In The Sun

The plugin/script would choose from a set array of words beginning with the first letter of each word.

Then one possible output would render the following site title:

Frenzied Italic Tomboy Swirl

Has anyone out there there seen something like this as an existing plugin? Or could whip it up real quick for a fair donation?
