Looking for a responsive, filterable NON-lightbox gallery plugin

Hey guys,
I don’t know why I can’t find a very simple gallery plugin that doesn’t use a lightbox. Anyone have any suggestions? Must be filterable and able to support videos.

Basically I want the image to show up on a “new page”, with the option of adding multiple sub-images and descriptions, etc.

Something super lightweight would be nice, I don’t need a lot of features at all, just trying to figure out how to get what I’m trying to do here. I’m new to WordPress so maybe this is possible without the use of plugins, etc?
